Head of LiDAR Algorithm Team

Job Responsibilities

1. Designing and developing LiDAR perception algorithm；
2. Validating and optimizing LiDAR perception algorithm；
3. Managing domestic tech team and docking with European research team.

job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronic engineering, machine vision or mathematics, with certain experience in related fields such as image algorithm and environment perception;
2. Good command of at least one language such as C/C++/Python, proficient in using data structures and common algorithms, and having strong algorithm design and implementation capabilities;
3. Great understanding of vehicle intelligence development trend,a good learner and problem- solver, can solve problems independently.
4. Strong and comprehensive quality, good at coordination and communication.

LiDAR Algorithm Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Research and develop LiDAR perception algorithm, take part in development project and structure designing;
2. Finish algorithm development;
3. Solve potential problems in algorithm development.

job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, strong interest and passion to this industry;
2. Strong mathematical capabilities and self-learning ability, familiar with PCL or common point cloud processing algorithms, and rich experience in multi-target tracking algorithms based on image or point cloud data;
3. Good command of developing C++ and analyzing data;
4. Familiar with git and other coordinative development tools;
5. Can use 3d animation software (such as unity3d) to create simple 3d animations for algorithm demonstrations;
6. Plus: practical experience in ROS/ ADTF and LiDAR.

2. Understanding the principles of common point cloud data and image processing algorithms, and familiar with common point cloud data or image processing algorithms, such as point cloud filtering, point cloud feature extraction, coordinate correction, image leveling, edge line extraction, image morphology processing；
3. Expert in using at least one language such as C / C++ / Python, strong passion in coding development, responsible and strong logic；
4. At least 24 working hours per week.

1、Master or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Computer Science or a related field of study
2、Intensive knowledge and experience in sensor fusion
3、Good knowledge in Machine Learning
4、Strong ANSI C/C++ development and debugging skills required.
5、Experience with ROS is preferable
6、Highly proficient problem solving /analytical skills and able to multitask
7、Strong English writing and communication skills and ability to create/modify technical design documents, manuals and release notes.
